Preparation
Properties will be thoroughly cleaned including exterior furniture with approved disinfectant solution.

PPE
WDL maids will wear masks, gloves, aprons & shoe protectors during maid service in occupied houses.

Maid service
Clients will be provided with a maid schedule & should stay outside during visitation hours.

72 hours
72 hours to be left between rental departure & next arrival to ensure a thorough clean is undertaken.

60 degrees
Bedlinen & towels to be washed at 60º before a new arrival.

Arrival packs
Our arrival pack includes masks & hand sanitiser. A range of cleaning products and disinfectants will also be available for use at the villa.

Conversations
With WDL staff & maintenance should be held outside in the sunshine with a 2m distance.

Refund Policy
If a 2nd wave of COVID 19 hits the Algarve and travel bans are reinstated we will offer a refund or an open credit for a future booking.

Clean & Safe
Our properties are cleaned to the safety and hygiene rules recommended by the Portuguese health authorities (Direção-Geral da Saúde’).
