It is located opposite our Casa 12 allowing us to accommodate large parties.
Casa Colina has electric shutters throughout and a basement of dreams. The exterior is large enough to accommodate 10 guests and is fitted with a water feature, various seating areas and a covered BBQ area with al-fresco dining and a TV. UK TV can also be found in the living room, kitchen, al-freso dining, basement and main first floor suites. Each bedroom has ducted AC and the kitchen is fully equipped for catering events.
The basement is filled with distractions for the kids while you relax in peace in the sun. Downstairs you can find an en-suite bedroom, laundry, study, snug TV room, a bar with it's own sink, fridge, dishwasher & ice machine, pool table, cycling machine & cinema. These rooms are charmingly laid out circling a exterior courtyard to give the whole floor a bright & welcoming feel.
